Ingredientes
- 1 kg Medium sized potatoes, washed well
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas 6. Cut the potatoes into very thick chips and place in a large non stick roasting pan. Pour over the oil and soy sauce and toss well. Season with plenty of freshly grnd black pepper and salt.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 min, turning occasionally, till golden and crisp.
