Receta Low Fat Waffles

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
- 2 packets Nutra Sweet
- 2 teaspoon double acting baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
- 2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 carton egg substitute
- 4 egg whites
- 8 teaspoon lowfat butter, melted
- No-stick cooking spray
- Low fat butter
- Low calorie syrup
- Fruit spread
- Light whipped topping
Direcciones
- 1. Mix dry ingredients.2. Add in lowfat milk, egg substitute and vanilla and mix well.
- 3. Add in melted butter and blend into batter.
- 4. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into batter.
- 5. Pour 1 cup of batter onto hot waffle iron (previously sprayed with no stick cooking spray) and cook till golden brown.
- 6. Serve with butter, syrup, fruit spread and (or possibly) whipped topping. Makes 8 waffles.
