Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean, raw hamburger
- 1/2 grated green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr or possibly salt
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients together well. Put 1 tbsp. into each (wonton) skin (1 package). Fold from both sides over meat. When at end, moisten with water. Fry in several inches of oil till golden. Dip in sweet and sour sauce as you eat!
