Ingredientes
- 24 ounce Macaroni
- 4 x -(up to)
- 6 c. Grated American cheese
- 1/2 c. Grated Romano cheese sl Swiss cheese, sufficient to cover top
- 6 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. Sauterne or possibly dry white wine Salt to taste Tabasco to taste Worcestershire to taste
Direcciones
- Mix Large eggs, wine, salt, Tabasco and Worcestershire. Layer macaroni and cheeses in large greased cake pan; top with Swiss cheese. Pour egg mix ove all and bake at 350 for 30 min to 1 hour or possibly till golden.
- This is a full meal but certainly can be served with vegetables and meat.
