Receta Mandarin Orange And Almond Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 8 c. lettuce, torn into bite size pcs (Romaine, Bibb, iceberg, or possibly mix)
- 1 c. minced celery
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 (11 ounce.) cans mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- Sesame oil and vinegar dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. sesame oil
Direcciones
- Mix sugar and water with almonds; spread in microwave dish. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir. Again for 1 minute; stir. Continue till almonds are browned. Mix lettuce, celery and onion; add in oranges, almonds. Pour dressing and toss.
