Receta Mandarin Orange Lettuce Salad
Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 head lettuce, torn
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (about 2 tbsp.)
- 1 c. celery, minced
Direcciones
- Cook almonds and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, till sugar is melted and almonds are coated. Cold and break apart. Place lettuce in bag, add in celery and onion. Pour dressing into bag and mix Add in orange segments and shake. Add in almonds and shake.
