Receta Mandarin Orange Poppy Seed Dressing
This is a flavorful salad dressing for any Asian, or Garden Salad using multiple mixed greens.
Ingredientes
- one 5 ounce can mandarin oranges in natural juices
- one tablespoon poppy seeds
- one tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Direcciones
- In a food processor (or you can use a blender) add canned mandarin oranges and juices, pulse several times, run one minute. Sieve through a mesh strainer (discard fruit membranes)
- Add back into the blender/food processor, add poppy seeds, oil, vinegar, pepper and run one additional minute
- transfer to a cruet or an airtight jar/container, refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before serving.
