Receta Manicotti With Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1 box (8 ounce.) manicotti, uncooked
- 2 c. (15 ounce. container) Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. (8 ounce.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 1/2 c. (32 ounce. jar) spaghetti sauce
- Optional - add in browned & liquid removed hamburger to sauce
Direcciones
- Cook manicotti to package directions; drain. Cold in a single layer on wax paper or possibly aluminum foil to prevent manicotti from sticking together.
- Combine cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper for filling. Spoon into manicotti; spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan, arrange manicotti in single layer over sauce. Over with remaining sauce. Over with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 min. Remove foil. Bake 15 min longer. Serves 6-8.
