Receta Grilled Fruit Skewers

Ingredientes
- 8 x bamboo skewers, soaked in water
- 1 x pineapple, cut into small wedges
- 24 x strawberries
- 2 x banana, cut into large coins
- 2 sm orange, segmented or possibly 2 small mandarin, segmented vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Pre-heat the barbecue to medium-warm.
- Place alternate slices of each fruit on the skewers. Brush the grill with oil and cook the fruit skewers for 2-3 min on each side. Serve.
- Other foods for the barbecue:Grill fresh slices of pineapple, finger bananas (then slice them open a place a dab of butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar inside).
- Brush with oil slices of zuchini, eggplant, fennel, onions, peppers - whatever you like. Also, corn in the husk - place on grill and sear the husk then place on top rack and cook for 20 - 30 min.
