Receta Maple-Chai Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredientes
- Maple-Chai Pumpkin Muffins
- based on Healthy Maple Pumpkin Muffins
- 1¾ c. finely ground whole wheat flour*
- 1 t. baking soda
- ½ t. fine sea salt
- 1 ½ t. homemade chai spice (See recipe below.)*
- ⅓ c. melted coconut oil
- ½ c. maple syrup
- 2 farm fresh eggs, at room temperature
- 1 c. pumpkin purée
- ¼ c. 2 % milk
- 1 t. pure vanilla extract
- ⅓ c. plus 1 T. pepitas, divided*
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Line muffin tins with muffin cups or spray with cooking spray. (I used one regular size muffin tin and one mini-muffin tin.)
- 3 T. ground cardamom
- 1 T. ground cinnamon
- ½ t. ground cloves
- ½ t. ground nutmeg
