Receta Marinated Beef Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
- 2 c. fresh asparagus, sliced diagonally into 2 inch slices
- 2 to 3 bunches broccoli, cut into bite size florets
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Direcciones
- Broil round steak to desired doneness. Cold and slice in 2 to 3 inch pcs. Combine all ingredients for dressing; toss with slices of steak. Chill overnight. Blanch asparagus and broccoli florets, approximately 30 seconds. Drain well and cold. After the meat has marinated in the dressing, toss in vegetables and mushrooms, if you like. Serve the salad freshly tossed with the dressing/marinade.
