- 4 c. whole Brussel's sprouts
- 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 6 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 heaping tbsp. chopped dill
- 1 heaping tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Steam Brussel's sprouts for 3 to 5 min till bright green and tender crisp. Plunge in cool water. Drain.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour mix over Brussel's sprouts. Marinate 6 to 8 hrs.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings.
