- 3 lbs. squid, cleaned and cooked
- 1 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil or possibly salad oil
- 3/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 garlic, sliced or possibly crushed
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for 2 or possibly 3 days. If desired, put onion and parsley in.
