Receta Marinated Chick Pea Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked chick-peas
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1/2 c. diced sweet red pepper
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
Direcciones
- Combine the chick-peas, scallions and red pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Combine the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, garlic, basil and oregano in a c.. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Cover and refrigeratefor several hrs, tossing occasionally. Serves 4.
