  • 3 to 4 boned and skinned chicken breasts (6 to 8 pcs)
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. oil free Italian dressing
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Combine rest of ingredients in large zip loc bag. Shake well. Add in chicken. Marinate at least 2 hrs overnight.
  2. Place chicken on skewers, alone or possibly with any of the following, onion, cherry tomatoes, water cut in halves, bell pepper, artichoke hearts, mushrooms. Grill, basting with marinade. Serves 4 to 6.
