Ingredientes
- 2 lb Grnd beef
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 x Medium onion, grated
- 1 c. Canned applesauce
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Leaf sage, crumbled
- 1 tsp Bottled steak sauce
Direcciones
- Mix grnd beef lightly with Large eggs, rolled oats, onion, applesauce, salt, pepper, and sage till well-blended.
- Pack firmly into a loaf pan 9x5x3; unmold into a shallow baking pan. Score top in criss-cross pattern and brush with steak sauce. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour and 15 min, or possibly till brown.
