Receta Marinated Coleslaw

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg cabbage head shredded
- 1 x onion minced fine
- 1 lrg green bell pepper minced fine
- 1 x celery stalk minced fine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 3/4 c. cottonseed oil or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Direcciones
- Combine cabbage, onion, pepper, celery, and sugar. Mix and set aside.
- Combine vinegar, oil, and salt in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mix and stir well. Cover and chill till ready to serve.
- This recipe yields 10 to 12 servings.
