Receta Marinated Fresh Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 4 c. cauliflower, sliced
- 4 c. broccoli, sliced
- 1 c. sliced ripe olives
- 2/3 c. green pepper, diced
- 1/2 jar pimentos, diced
- 1 jar Cara Mia artichoke hearts
- 1 med. zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 - 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3 T lemon juice
- 3 T wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Direcciones
- Put together cauliflower, broccoli, olives, green pepper, pimentos, artichoke hearts, zucchini and mushrooms. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight in Tupperware container shaking occasionally.
