Receta Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
- 2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a shallow dish, and mix well. Add in shrimp, tossing gently to coat. Cover and refrigeratefor 2 to 3 hrs, stirring occasionally. Drain shrimp, reserving marinade. Place shrimp on 6 14-inch skewers. Grill over medium- warm coals 3 to 4 min in each side, basting frequently with marinade.
- Serves 4 to 6.
