- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- For the Chicken Salad:
- 1 1/2 cup shredded chicken (I love using roasted chicken leftovers)
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans, toasted, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
