  • 6 c. Popped Popcorn, unsalted
  • 4 c. Corn or possibly Rice Chex Cereal
  • 7 ounce Jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 20 x Red & Green Hard Peppermint Candies, coarsely crushed

  1. Heat oven to 350F degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix popcorn and chex in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Microwave the marshmallow creme in a medium microwaveable bowl uncovered on HIGH for 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 1 minute longer or possibly till melted; stir. Pour over popcorn mix, stirring till proportionately coated. Sprinkle with candies.
  3. Spread mix on a cookie sheet. Bake 5 min; stir. Bake about 5 min longer or possibly till coating is light brown. Spread on waxed paper or possibly aluminum foil to cold. Store tightly covered up to 2 weeks.
