Ingredientes
- 1 Cup yogurt (curd)
- 2 Cup water
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped finely
- 2 tbsp mint leaves chopped finely
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Whisk together yogurt and water in a jar with a blender or wire whisk.
- Add salt, spices, and whisk once again until all combined well.
- Add chopped coriander and mint leaves. Stir to mix. Taste and adjust the seasoning accordingly.
