Receta Mashed Potatoes For The '90s (Basic Mix)

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Diced red potatoes skin left on
- 1 1/2 stk Unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream - (to 1/2 c.) Dry potato flakes Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Bring 4 c. of water to a boil, and add in diced red potatoes. Boil for approximately 15 min, till tender. Drain.
- In a mixing bowl, mix potatoes and butter with a hand mixer, and gradually add in the cream till the desired consistency is reached. Add in more cream to thin, and add in more potato flakes to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
