Receta Matzo And Mushroom Omelet

Ingredientes
- 4 x Matzos, broken into 2 to 3 inch pcs
- 6 x Large eggs Salt
- 1 dsh Nutmeg Freshly grnd black pepper.
- 4 Tbsp. Unsalted margarine
- 1/4 c. Minced green onions
- 4 x Mushrooms, thinly sliced Bowls of preserves and honey

- recipe.Try this one, that is a little different.
- Moisten the matzos in warm water. Drain well. In a large bowl, beat the Large eggs, salt,nutmeg and pepper. Gently fold the matzo into the egg mix.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet and saute/fry the onions. Add in the mushrooms and saute/fry till soft, 3 to 4 min. Pour the egg mix into skillet.
- Seaon to tastewith salt and pepper. Brown on one side, shaking the pan to avoid sticking. Turn and brown on the other side. Serve warm, with preserves or possibly honey.
