Receta Mayonnaise Cake With Imitation Whippedcream Frosting

Ingredientes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T cocoa
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 5 T flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- CAKE: Cream mayonnaise and sugar together. Mix cocoa, soda and flour together. Add in to creamed mix, alternating with water and vanilla. Pour into greased and lightly floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.FROSTING: Shake in shaker lowfat milk and flour till smooth. Cook mix over medium heat, stirring constantly till smooth and creamy. Let cool. Beat sugar, shortening and extracts till creamy. Add in to cooled mix. Beat on high till sugar has dissolved and mix is smooth and creamy.
