Receta Meat Dressing For Poultry

Ingredientes
- 4 lbs. hamburger
- 2-3 c. bread cubes
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery flakes
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 bay leaf, broken
- Lowfat milk or possibly water, to mix
Direcciones
- If you like, the giblets, liver and heart of fowl may be put through food chopper and added to above ingredients.
- Mix hamburger and bread; add in Large eggs, onion and seasonings and sufficient lowfat milk or possibly water to create the consistency of a meat loaf. Put dressing into fowl and bake till fowl is done.
