  • 1 c. Whole bran cereal (I used Grape Nuts, but you could use bran flakes, etc.)

  • 1 Tbsp. Onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Basil
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
