• 1/4 cup whole milk
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 pound ground pork
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
• 4 sesame seed buns
• optional toppings: lettuce, pickles, onion, tomato, mayo, etc.
