- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- 4 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Vanilla

- Beat together the egg whites and cream of tartar till soft peaks are formed. Add in the sugar to that the cornstarch has been added, then add in the vanilla. Beat the mix till it is stiff.
