Receta Diet Poppy Seed Chicken
After going on a wedding diet, I made it my mission to make over a few of my comfort foods I could not live without! This turned out to be one of my secret weapons that helped me loose 20 pounds!
Ingredientes
- 4-6 boneless chicken breast ( cooked and shredded)
- 1 can of fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz light sour cream
- 1 tube of reduced fat ritz crackers (finely crushed)
- Butter flavored cooking spray
- Poppy seeds
Direcciones
- Combine the first three ingredience, mix well, and pour into a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle crackers over the mixture
- Spray a fine mist of the cooking spray over the crackers and sprinkle with the poppy seeds.
- Bake on 350 for 30 minutes
