- 1 c skim milk
- 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1-2 c crushed/broken Candy Cane Oreos
- Dark Chocolate Ganache
- 9 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 c heavy cream
- Winter âCandy Caneâ Frosting
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 brick cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- powdered sugar (approx 6 c)
- red food color
- Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips
