Receta Mexican Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 pkg. yellow corn bread mixes
- 2 pkg. Mexican corn bread mixes
- 1 med. onion, minced fine
- 2 lbs. sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 1/2 moons Longhorn mild cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 ounce.) can creamed corn
- Jalapeno peppers, diced (add in to desired taste)
Direcciones
- Mix corn bread according to directions. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into two 9 x 12 pans. Cook at 400 degrees till golden, about 10 to 15 min.
