Receta Mexican Taco Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 pound hamburger, browned & liquid removed
- 1 (3 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 (12 ounce.) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos (grated)
- 1/2 c. jalapeno pepper slices
- 1 (8 ounce.) jar warm or possibly mild taco sauce
Direcciones
- Spread refried beans on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Cut cream cheese into small squares and layer on top of beans. Next, make a layer of lowfat sour cream.
- Combine taco seasoning with hamburger meat and 1/2 c. of water. Stir and simmer 5 min. Then, layer meat mix on top of lowfat sour cream. Place jalapenos on next layer. Shred the Monterey Jack cheese and save for top layer. Pour taco sauce across jalapenos and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake 30-35 min at 350 degrees or possibly till cheese is bubbling on top. Cold 5-10 min and serve with nacho chips! Yum.
