Receta Micro Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 6 med. red potatoes
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Direcciones
- Scrub potatoes, pierce twice with fork. Microwave at high for 12 min. Mix remaining ingredients except the butter. Cold potatoes. Don't peel. Slice thinly. Arrange slices in flat glass dish. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle other ingredients over and microwave on high for 2 min.
