Receta Microwave Caramel Corn

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt "Jiffy White Frosting Mix
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1/4 c. Light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp Maple flavoring
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 2 gal Popped corn

- 1. Mix all ingredients except soda in a microwave safe bowl.
- 2. Microwave on power level 10 (high) for 2 1/2 min. Stir. Microwave for 2 1/2 min more and remove from oven. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon soda. Stir well.
- 3. Pour over 2 gal. of popped corn in a large paper bag. Shake, shake, shake.
- 4. Put bag of popcorn in microwave for 90 seconds. remove and shake, shake, shake. Repeat once.
- 5. Pour into airtight container. Freeze 10 min to set.
