Receta Microwave Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. corn meal
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 x egg, beaten
Direcciones
- Combine dry ingredients. Stir in lowfat milk, oil and egg and mix just till dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into ungreased 9 inch pie plate or possibly round microwaveable cake pan. Microwave at HIGH 5-6 min, or possibly till surface appears dry, rotating pan after 2-3 min. Let stand 5 min before serving.
