Receta Microwave Mexican Manicotti

Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean hamburger
- 1 (12 to 16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 box manicotti noodles
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. green onions, minced
- 1 c. black olives, sliced
- 1 1/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Mix refried beans and raw hamburger. Fill uncooked noodles with mix. Layer noodles in 8 x 11 inch glass pan. Put water and salsa over noodles. Cover with Saran Wrap. Vent it (holes in top). Cook for 10 min on high. Turn noodles over. Cover and cook for 17 to 20 min on medium. Mix lowfat sour cream and cheese and spread over top of noodles. Put back in microwave till cheese is melted. Remove and sprinkle with olives and green onions. Take care when removing Saran Wrap - hot.
