Receta Mike's Fried Fish

Ingredientes
- 1 pound fresh fish (perch, crappie, bluegill, etc.)
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. Hungry Jack potato flakes
- Garlic salt to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Wash fish. Beat egg with lowfat milk and set aside. Place potato flakes in ziplock bag with garlic and lemon pepper then shake well. Dip fish in egg mix and drop in ziplock bag and shake to coat well. Deep fry and serve.
