Receta Miso Horny Gourmet Reduction
;-). This recipe was created to complement a roast pork recipe I have. I was amazed at how well the simple ingredients turned the Sunday pork roast into a spendid affair! I had some left over,and it complemented chicken the next day equally well!! As for the name, well I like a little fire with the smoke in the kitchen, plus the ingredients do possess aphrodisiac properties, so.....

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. concord grape jam
- 3 tbsp. fish sauce
- 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. Red Miso paste
- fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- combine all ingredients in small saucepot and bring to a boil over medium high heat.
- Reduce heat to a slow simmer and let reduce by about 1/4 or desired thickness, about 3-5 minutes. Serve warm.
- Drizzle plated meats and/or veggies/grains with reduction. Keep in mind, a little goes a long way!!!
