Receta Mixed Greens With Raspberry Coriander Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 5 c. mixed greens
- 3/4 c. dry apples minced
- Â Â Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 c. frzn raspberries pureed
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 3 sprg cilantro minced
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
Direcciones
- ADVANCE PREP: Tear greens into bite-sized pcs and wash, then dry thoroughly and place in resealable plastic bag. Place apples in separate bag. Combine all dressing ingredients in an airtight container.
- Chill the greens and the vinaigrette till needed.
- PREP: Mix greens with apples; toss with 1/4 c. vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper, divide among 4 plates and serve.
