Receta Mixed Leaf Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 slc thick sliced white bread
- 1 tsp low fat spread
- 1/4 tsp garlic puree
- 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 ounce mixed salad leaves
- 3 x cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 x in piece cucumber sliced
- 1 x spring onion trimmed and sliced
- 1Â 1/2 ounce Feta cheese diced or possibly crumbled
- 1 tsp fresh minced parsley
- 1 x teastn fresh minced mint
Direcciones
- Mix together the low fat spread and garlic puree.
- Season well.
- Toast one side of the bread spread the other with the garlic spread and toast again.
- Cut into even sized cubes.
- Arrange the salad leaves tomatoes cucumber spring onion and Feta cheese on a plate.
- Place the croutons on top and sprinlde over the parsley and mint Serve immediately while the croutons are still hot.
- Serves 1
