  1. Separate cauliflower and cut into small pcs. Boil with minced onion in chicken broth till tender.
  2. Place aprox 2 c. of cooked cauliflower in food processor with 1/4 c. of chicken broth. Add in butter and cream and pulse till creamy.
  3. Combine remainder of cauliflower with cooked bacon (and ham if you're using which as well) salt, pepper and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix with pulsed mix.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings;
  5. Comments: To get a somewhat thicker soup, a healthy pinch of "not/Starch" from Expert Foods may be used.
