- In mixer bowl beat butter on medium speed of mixer for 30 seconds. Add in molasses and beat till fluffy. Add in flour to butter mix; beat at low speed till well blended. Stir in nuts. Using about 1 Tbsp. dough for each, shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 min. Let cold for 15 min. When cold, gently roll them in powdered sugar to coat. Makes about 4 dozen.
