Receta Molded Beet Salad
Ingredientes
- 1 can sliced beets
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
Direcciones
- Drain beets, reserving liquid. Dice beets, set aside. Add in water to beet liquid to make 1 1/2 c., heat to boil. Add in gelatin, stir till dissolved. Add in vinegar and salt. Refrigeratetill partially set. Stir in beets, celery, horseradish and onion. Pour into 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Refrigeratetill set. Serve on lettuce and top with mayonnaise.
