Receta Fruit Salad With Camembert Dressing

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Camembert cheese
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 x Nectarines
- 2 x Pears
- 2 c. Fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 c. Fresh blueberries or possibly grapes
Direcciones
- Place the cheese, including the rind, in a blender or possibly food processor. Add in the lowfat sour cream and whirl using pulse or possibly on-and-off till the mix is very smooth. Cover and refridgerate if not using right away. Slice the nectarines and pears into wedges or possibly bite sized pcs. Arrange all the fruits in lettuce lined bowls or possibly on a lettuce lined platter. Drizzle or possibly spoon the dressing over top and serve.
- Makes 3 to 4 servings.
- Variations: Brie in place of Camembert, peaches in place of nectarines.
