Receta Molded Waldorf Salad
Ingredientes
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 Packages (3 ounce. each) raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. ginger ale
- 1 lg. apple, cut in pcs
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/4 c. walnuts
Direcciones
- Add in boiling water to gelatin and stir till gelatin is dissolved. Add in ginger ale and refrigeratetill slightly congealed. Put walnuts into blender container. Cover and process 2 cycles at chop. Empty container and put apple and celery into blender container. Cover with cool water and process 2 cycles at mix. Pour into colander and drain. Fold nuts, celery and apples into slightly congealed gelatin mix. Pour into a lightly oiled 6 1/2 c. mold. Refrigeratetill hard. Unmold and garnish with lettuce leaves and fresh fruit. 8 servings.
