Receta Waldorf Salad Supreme

Ingredientes
- 4 med. apples, coarsely minced (4 c.)
- 2 med. stalks celery, minced (2 c.)
- 1 (15 ounce.) can pineapple chunks in syrup, liquid removed
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/3 c. minced dates (optional)
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 2/3 c. coarsely minced walnuts or possibly pecans
Direcciones
- Toss together apples, celery, pineapple, marshmallows, dates, mayonnaise and nuts. Serve on salad greens. Serves 8.
- NOTE: For traditional Waldorf Salad, delete pineapple, marshmallows and dates.
