Receta Mom's Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 pound can sauerkraut
- 1 pound onion, shirred thin
- 1 lg. green pepper, minced
- 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 sm. jar pimento
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Drain the sauerkraut well. Add in the onion, green pepper, celery, and pimento. Mix together the oil, vinegar, and sugar; add in to the sauerkraut mix. Mix well and chill.
