Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. pitted, minced dates
- 1 c. corn flakes
Direcciones
- Combine flour, soda and salt. Cream shortening and sugar. Add in egg and vanilla, then add in flour mix and stir in rolled oats, nuts and dates. Last of all, lightly stir in corn flakes. Bake 375 degrees 10-12 min.
