Receta Mother's Asparagus Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 can asparagus (Green Giant)
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 tbsp. pimiento
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- Bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Heat butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Add in lowfat milk and stir till thick. Add in cheese and pimiento.
- Place asparagus in casserole dish and pour sauce over top. Sprinkle with nuts and cover with bread crumbs. Delicious!
